Explosion-proof hydrocarbon gas alarm

Introduction
Gas detector is a flameproof safety device that can quickly, reliably, stably and continuously detect gas concentration in industrial production. When the detected gas concentration reaches the preset alarm value of the gas detector, the detector will send an alarm and drive external equipment to remind on-site staff to take necessary protective measures, which can prevent gas-induced combustion accidents.
Working principle of gas detector: The detector installed on site operates with power supply. When gas leaks, the sensor converts the detected leakage amount into a corresponding voltage signal. After the voltage signal is processed by the detector, the data is uploaded and displayed on the screen. When the concentration reaches the set action value, the detector sends an alarm and drives external equipment.
Gas detector is a fixed instrument that can continuously detect oxygen concentration or toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gas concentration in the working environment.
The gas detector adopts the diffusion method to convert the gas concentration signal at the monitoring point into an electrical signal in real time. The signal is amplified, then undergoes AD sampling, temperature compensation and intelligent calculation by the CPU to process the measurement result. If the measured value exceeds the set alarm concentration value, an alarm signal will be sent.
The gas detector adopts a dual-chamber design, special imported sensors, and the sensors adopt a modular design, making calibration and verification more convenient. It has superior performance, high stability, can output multiple sets of signals, and is easy to install and maintain, meeting the high reliability requirements of industrial site equipment.
